You choose the treatment, write your message, and get a digital massage voucher to send yourself — or collect a physical gift card at our reception. Whoever receives it has 12 months to book.

The personalised massage is the most versatile gift: a body massage adapted to whatever that person needs on the day. If they are drawn to other traditions, the Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi, the Hindu Ayurveda or the Chinese Tui Na are gifts with a character of their own.

Our hammam is private: it is reserved for that session alone, never shared with other guests. The Turkish bath ceremony and the Hammam Royal are complete rituals, and Madrid in Promenade combines hammam and massage for two.

If you are not certain what they would like, you do not have to guess. With the time gift card you gift 60 or 120 minutes, and the person receiving it chooses the massage or ritual they fancy when they book. You gift the time; choosing is part of the gift.
Yes. You can buy it online or at the spa. After buying online we send the voucher by email within a couple of hours; you can also collect a physical card at reception.

You can choose a specific treatment, or a card for time (60 or 120 minutes) so that the person receiving it picks the treatment when they book.
The person receiving the gift contacts us on WhatsApp and we book the appointment according to their preferences.
Yes. We offer options for two people, always together in the same private cabin. We recommend booking ahead because of availability.
Yes, as long as it is within the validity period. If the new treatment costs more, the difference is paid; if it costs less, the remaining balance can be used in the same visit.
If it was bought online, we can find the voucher by email or code. For physical cards, try to provide the order number or purchase date.
We do not refund gift cards. The appointment linked to the voucher can be changed up to 12 h beforehand and cancellations require 24 h notice.
