I had such an enjoyable experience at Madrid Day Spa by Nuilea. The spa itself is small and intimate, but it is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. What really stood out was how well they cater to you and make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your experience throughout your visit.I booked the 3-hour treatment for €180, and you simply cannot beat the value for everything that was included. The experience started with a salt body scrub followed by a chocolate body wrap. Afterward, I showered had tea and then enjoyed a relaxing full-body massage, followed by a facial and facial massage.Tzuting took care of me, and she was wonderful! She was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying every part of my treatment. I never felt rushed, and everything flowed nicely from one treatment to the next.If you're visiting Madrid and want a relaxing spa experience without paying luxury-hotel spa prices, I highly recommend this little gem — and definitely ask for Tzuting! Three hours of pampering for €180 was absolutely worth it. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well taken care of. ❤️

I had 2 appointments here and they were both fantastic. 1. 30 min massage + 30 min facial by Carmen: very good, you get to choose either legs or back for your massage; I chose legs and it was amazing. Definitely good for after walking around the city day after day. The facial was also very nice and she massaged my arms and hands while the mask was on. Very very relaxing. 2. Body scrub + 30 min massage by Jacki: WOW! It felt like I was in there for 2 hours instead of just 1 hour. The body scrub is done completely naked, which I was comfortable with (some people might not be). The whole appointment took 60 mins and this massage was full body. VERY GOOD MASSAGE! They don't speak a lot of English here but will communicate as best they can and use Google translate as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting an escape from the city for a bit!

I went this morning with a friend whom I invited to relax. My friend arrived late because she has personal problems and was upset, but they offered us solutions and were very kind and empathetic, in addition to some massages that relaxed both of us. My friend's day and mood improved completely. I highly recommend it.

I had a one hour personalised massage with Jacqui. It was fantastic from start to finish. She was clearly very experienced and listened to exactly what I asked for. The salon is very relaxed, wasn’t too busy, clean, professional and very good value for money.

I chose a 90-minute massage and was served by Tzuting, truly fantastic, I really liked both her treatment and her professionalism. The place is really small, but you don't need anything more to leave floating on a cloud.

What a fantastic place, calm, quiet. Jacky gave me a massage that was so relaxing, just the right amount of pressure. If you in Madrid and want a treat this is the place to go for a couples massage.

I live just a minute walk from this place so this would’ve been the perfect location for my weekly massage. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst massage of my life. The reviews from other customers were amazing so was I just unlucky with the masseuse or was I being picky? They’re all friendly but shame, the massage was just bad. It almost felt like a kid was mad and throwing tantrums on my body. Sad to say, I am never coming back.
