Hammam Treatment Reviews in Madrid

Came for the hammam and massage with a friend during a vacation and it was such a great value for the money. The space is cozy but so thoughtfully set up and so clean. The massage I had was so wonderful especially after the sauna treatment. The women who work here are lovely and the experience was a treat after several days of walking around the city.

What a marvel! In two words. My husband and I enjoyed a Hammam session and a relaxing 2-hour massage. Jackie and Su took wonderful care of us. They were incredibly attentive and friendly, and very flexible with some requests we made beforehand. A highly recommended experience that we will definitely repeat. Thank you!

This was an incredible experience. My friend and I had the Madrid on Promenade package. When I booked it, I wasn’t sure what was included in the Hammam. It’s just a steam bath, and the website is much clearer about that now. I’d been hoping for an exfoliation but the rest of the services (reflexology and full body massage) made up for it. We both felt amazing after walking 30 miles over the past 4 days. And it seemed to last longer than the 2 hours booked. Every time we thought they were done, it just kept getting better. The price has gone up slightly since we booked, but it’s well worth it. This spa was only a 5 minute walk from our hotel. All of the staff were lovely and talented. The peppermint tea was a nice touch afterward, and I usually don’t like tea. Highly highly recommend. We tipped about 15% via credit card after the treatments.

You get a true royal treatment with your own private room, Turkish bath, and shower, all equipped with everything you might need.I had the ceremonial Turkish bath and massage. It was my first time experiencing something like this, and Tzu Ting made it feel effortless. She explained everything clearly, guided me through the process, and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Professional, attentive, and kind (and she speaks great English too).The massage itself was incredible. Tzu Ting really knows what she’s doing, she found the perfect tempo and pressure, and it felt like real therapy for the body, not just a surface-level treatment.For me, this was an experience of a lifetime. I can’t wait to come back to Madrid and do it again. Thank You Tzu!

One of the best massage experiences of my life! The space is clean and safe. The hammam was relaxing and private. Our massage therapists, Estrella and Joanna, were absolutely wonderful. So sweet, friendly, and professional. We had the 55 min massage with 30 min foot reflexology. It was the perfect way to end a week of walking all around Spain. Definitely recommend

We loved the hammam, the tea, and the massage. The staff were very friendly and professional. We'll definitely come back when we return to Madrid!
