Facial Treatment Reviews in Madrid

My friend and I had a 3 hour hammam, scrub, body wrap, massage and facial with Carmen and Tzuting. Both ladies are excellent at their profession, very considerate, attentive and response to our needs. The spa itself was clean, and centrally located. Will definitely go back again whenever we visit Madrid.

Carmen welcomes you with a lot of kindness and attention from the very beginning. The Japanese facial was a quality experience, with precise techniques that left my skin radiant and relaxed. Its massage is especially remarkable, really revitalizing. Highly recommended; I will definitely return.

What a perfect way to end the Camino with a spa. Carmen was very professional and treated my whole body with care. The wrap was wonderful and it was struggle not to eat the chocolate. The full body massage was just what I needed and I came away feeling relaxed and no muscle soreness. The facial left me feeling refreshed as all organic products weee used. My husband and I got the couples Gourmande Pack that included the Hamman Bath, Massage and Facial. Everything about the experience was amazing! The Bath is the perfect start get you relaxed for the massage and facial. Tzu and Gema were the two that attended to us and they both were kind and attentive. We both left feeling so relaxed. ☺️

Carmen did a beautiful job cleaning up my skin to restore a natural glow and Estrella helped clear up some problem areas my son was dealing with. Tzu has been very friendly and very Pro, has used vegan product and has been an enormous pleasure.The only thing is that he hasn’t removed all the blackheads from the fins of my nose, it’s also true that there were many.
