We had an appointment on June 4, 2023, for a personalized couples massage.
We usually get massages during our vacations, and this was by far the worst massage we've ever received (especially for my husband).
To begin, the masseuse asked us which parts of our bodies we wanted to be massaged, but this had absolutely no impact on the massage that followed. We settled onto the wooden massage tables (very hard and rigid), and no one asked us if we were allergic to the product that would be applied to our bodies. The massage began with us. The woman who massaged me knew what she was doing but wasn't at 100% of her abilities. The disaster was for my partner's masseuse; if you don't like your job, don't do it. She huffed and puffed several times during the massage, stopped several times, and even left the room during the massage. Furthermore, the massage was very rushed and painful for my partner (pinching and intense pressure on certain painful areas). My partner showed the pain with his facial expressions, but the masseuse continued and even gave him a light slap and a "Pchit." Our bodies were used as supports for the oil bottles. He even hesitated to ask for the massage to stop after a few minutes!! The most ironic thing came at the end of the massage: the room was equipped with a shower, we were very oily from the product, and we were refused a shower!! The masseuses were already dressed and ready to leave, even though the salon closed at 9 p.m. and it was 8:45 p.m. We weren't even shown to the door or asked if we enjoyed the massage.
We will never return to this institute, and you can count on us to give bad publicity. There is no need to respond to our comment as you did in previous negative reviews by saying that you will improve, obviously you do not take unhappy customers into account.
