My experience in Nuilea was nothing like I expected. Yesterday, a friend and I got a massage at this spa and left very disappointed. I suppose having a late-night appointment on a Saturday didn't contribute to the woman who helped me putting so much effort into relaxing me, but I'm sorry to say I've had much cheaper massages, and they far surpassed the one this woman gave me. It always seemed like she was applying sunscreen instead of giving me a massage. When I asked her several times to go harder, she ignored my request. I was very hot, in fact, I was sweating. I told her so, and she simply uncovered me, but she didn't say a word to me during the entire hour-long massage. It consisted of a half-hour body treatment and a half-hour facial with a cleanse. The cleanse was very simple, and when I left, I still had traces of the scrub on me, and the face massage didn't even last five minutes. I wanted to tell the two women what they could improve upon as I left, but when I left the small room where I had a cup of tea (while they were coming and going, cleaning everything), they were waiting by the door with trash in hand to say goodbye and leave. So my friend and I left feeling like they'd been in a hurry the whole time and just wanted to go home. For 99 euros, I think they could have offered a much better service. I'm sure the products are great, but during the entire hour-long massage, they didn't explain anything about what they were using, so any intention I had of taking some cream with me was lost. It's a shame; the store and the products are very interesting, but the massage service is very poor, and this taints everything. I was thinking about getting the Kobido massage; in fact, I told the woman about it, and she simply said yes, that it was fine, without explaining anything, so I'll look elsewhere. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it, at least not to the woman who helped me.
