It was a Christmas gift and I have taken advantage of the summer to attend this therapy, I have received excellent attention I recommend it, I was attended by Yacki.

Johana was so sweet and made the experience very comfortable and relaxing. She checked in with me if the pressure was ok to make sure I was ok. 10/10 would go again.

I had a great hamam experience followed by a full body massage done by Jachi who was very attentive and worked my tired muscles exactly right. I felt so cared for and blissed out at the end. It was my first time in a hamam - I love sauna but have never experienced a hamam before - and I loved it. It was gentle enough but really effective. The massage itself was wonderful. Jachi was phenomenal at loosening the fascia knots. She was also really respectful and adjusted the pressure to how I like it (which is quite firm). It was overall a great experience and I am glad I treated myself to it! Will definitely be back at some point. Thank you!

I made my first time in spa in this center that I will recommend to all, the session went very well and I found the rates interesting! Yacki took care of me, despite the language barrier we communicated as we could haha but she was very welcoming, smiling and her relaxing massage was perfect. I came away very happy with this experience and if I ever come back to Madrid, I will not hesitate to come back.

Excellent service, Carmen is very good at her job. She gave me such a foot massage that I felt like I was floating on clouds. I will continue trying the other services they offer.

One of the best massage experiences of my life! The space is clean and safe. The hammam was relaxing and private. Our massage therapists, Estrella and Joanna, were absolutely wonderful. So sweet, friendly, and professional. We had the 55 min massage with 30 min foot reflexology. It was the perfect way to end a week of walking all around Spain. Definitely recommend

We did couple massage with Estrella and Joana and it was amazing!! Also it locked in a very central location in Madrid. Loved it!

Me and my mum went for the couple massage as the price was good. We had a fantastic experience! Estrella and Joana were great, the massage was the perfect pressure and we felt very relaxed. We will definitely come back next time we are in Madrid and will be travelling back to the UK feeling much lighter thanks to the excellent massage. From Sophia and Sharon.
