We are regular massage therapists and came to spend a relaxing time during our weekend in Madrid. The masseuses are kind but they are absolutely not massage professionals. There are no rituals followed (cleaning the feet, logical progression of the massage, etc.). The massage table is very hard. A mattress would be welcome. The masseuses do not ask if there are any areas to avoid or if there are any injuries. The worst thing is that I had asked for gentle pressure and throughout the massage, I asked the masseuse to press less hard because it was becoming painful. Another negative point: halfway through the massage, the masseuse applies a wet cloth to remove the oil. But after a few seconds, the cloth is cold and it is very unpleasant. I have never experienced this. I came out of the massage frozen. This takes up more massage time. You might as well take a shower afterward if you want, because there is a shower in the cabin. It was far from a relaxing moment. Move on.

Nice space in the center of Madrid. We did a couples massage and it was quite pleasant for both of us. The treatment from the staff was very good, I am pregnant and they adopted and asked everything for my comfort. Thank you

I got a 90-minute massage for two at this place, and it was one of the worst massages I've ever had. He basically runs his hand up and down your body (yes, I use the singular because he only used one hand a lot of the time), or touches you with one finger, huffing and puffing like he's having a hard time. He doesn't knead anything, he doesn't know where the muscles are, I don't think he even took a weekend course, not to mention that there was no feeling or harmony. He went from one part to another, he stopped touching you constantly, he stopped the massage just because, in short, I won't go back even if I got one.

It's a place I highly recommend. Laura, the therapist who treated me for the hammam and body massage, was very kind, pleasant, and professional. She explained every aspect of the session to me. Thank you so much for this moment of relaxation and serenity!

We came for a duo massage, which was AMAZING. The staff is very nice and considerate, they offer you 3 options of strength which is rare and really appreciated. The head massage is heavenly! Can only recommend.

We got an hour-long couples massage here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was just us on arrival and both Gemma and Jackie took such attentive care of us. It was quiet, peaceful, and professional. We were able to choose what tension we would like and felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door to when we left. I would highly recommend for a little relaxation getaway from the city atmosphere!
