Tres bon massage facial lifting !

Unfortunately, I can't give it more stars simply because of the space. The massage was great, but you share a room, separated by a curtain, with another person. In the end, the goal of relaxing and unwinding isn't met. First, it's quite uncomfortable sharing the space with another stranger, and then if the other person spends all their time making noise, which is what happened to me, there's no way to relax. Plus, in that same space, where there's no privacy, you also have to change clothes. It's a shame the space lacks the necessary conditions, privacy, and comfort.

I arrived tired from my Puerto Rico-New York-Madrid connection, and I must say it was the best decision to get a massage here. The customer service is top-notch, and Jacki's hands are amazing. I'll definitely be back next month. 10/10

I've had a few massages here and it's always been great and a great price. This week, I had a wonderful massage from Sonia. It was a full body massage and she even massaged my head and face. That was really nice.

I highly recommend this spa for anyone visiting Madrid. My wife and I did a couple massage and she also for a facial treatment. both services were world class, reasonable pricing. But the best quality of the Spa is the staff. Chiara, Jacky, and Majd were amazing! If we ever go back to Madrid, we will be going here for sure.

Wonderful massage! Just what we needed after a long flight and much walking in Madrid. The ladies are so sweet also, reminding us of the importance of breath and meditation.

I had a great time at this institute. I was greeted in French despite my poor Spanish by the receptionist. The person assigned to my massage was attentive to my needs. I recommend it and will come back if I'm back in Madrid.
