Absolutely phenomenal! Hands down the best wellness treatment I ve even enjoyed. I had the Chinese massage + reflexology and the kobido facial. It was so relaxing but also energizing and uplifting. The masseur was a true master of his trade. Beautiful, tranquil small spa. Superfriendly, clean and professional. Instant relaxation. Easy to book online too. Booked because of a rainy day changed my touristy plans - so glad it rained! Would choose Madrid as travel destination again, just to come back :-)

You get a true royal treatment with your own private room, Turkish bath, and shower, all equipped with everything you might need.I had the ceremonial Turkish bath and massage. It was my first time experiencing something like this, and Tzu Ting made it feel effortless. She explained everything clearly, guided me through the process, and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Professional, attentive, and kind (and she speaks great English too).The massage itself was incredible. Tzu Ting really knows what she’s doing, she found the perfect tempo and pressure, and it felt like real therapy for the body, not just a surface-level treatment.For me, this was an experience of a lifetime. Some relatives gave my husband and I a couple massage that we could enjoy a few days ago. Great attention from the first contact, once there we were treated wonderfully. Tzu charming and friendly, always with a smile (he was the one we talked to the most and for that reason I make special mention of her). I chose a relaxing massage and my husband mixed, me with Tzu and him with Carmen.Wonderful both. I really liked the relaxing massage because it had firmness and allowed me to relax and at the same time loosen the tense muscles. My husband was also delighted.The place is very nice and invites relaxation. A magnificent gift that we enjoyed very much.
