It was my first time experiencing something like this, and Tzu Ting made it feel effortless. She explained everything clearly, guided me through the process, and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Professional, attentive, and kind (and she speaks great English too).The massage itself was incredible. Tzu Ting really knows what she’s doing, she found the perfect tempo and pressure, and it felt like real therapy for the body, not just a surface-level treatment.For me, this was an experience of a lifetime. My sister and I had the reflexology treatment and Twina, on two occasions. Both were wonderful. The place is small but clean and pleasant. The treatments were professionally delivered. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience both times. A perfect experience on long days. We'll be back when in Madrid.

My husband and I had a couples massage and facial here. They were able to accommodate our appointment request very thoughtfully. The ladies are fantastic with applying pressure during the massage, it was a very therapeutic experience. We also love that our facial treatments included lymphatic drainage massages. At the end of the experience, they offer you tea and mints. 5/5 would recommend!
